Chardonnay

Fruity aromatic up-front nose with lemon and pineapple aromas
and a touch of toastiness in the background. 20% of this wine was
fermented in french oak barrels.

The palate is well Balanced with a good acidity lifting it throughout
and supporting the rich texture. The wine has a long finish with 
some the vanilla of the wood completing the aftertaste.

It can be enjoyed chilled on its own or will fit perfectly with some
fish dishes, al fresco food or cheeses.

Shiraz

A good vibrant purple colour announces a well structured wine,
which it is, thanks to 30% of the wine fermenting in American oak barrels.

The nose is dominated by some rip red berries with some 
cinnamon touches. On the palate the richness of the 
wine fills it up and leaves a long lasting soft anf juicy taste
supported by some round oak tannin.

This Shiraz will compliment any meat dish.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON

with some cinnamon touches.

On the palate the richness of the wine fills it up and leaves a long
lasting soft and juicy taste supported by some round oak
tannin (30 Fermented in French oak)

This Cabernet Sauvignon will compliment any meat dish.
